You don’t need to keep any of the Hacketts alive in order to get the best ending, so prioritize the counselors over them in every situation. Keeping all the teens alive will reward you with the best ending overall and the “ Rough Night” trophy/achievement. All 9 of the camp counselors can survive the night at Hackett’s Quarry, even if it requires some of the bad guys to die.
